Curious to see what Leivo can do. Make or break here for him because if things stay the same, he'll get 5-6 games before Matthews is back assuming he's out for 10 days like Babcock thinks. |

Still think I would keep an eye on Carolina... they have more of the pieces that just fit better and a need to make a move.
Can honestly see Lou not moving anything at all if the prices are stupidly high. Looks like they are coming down though so have to see.

Good time to get Leivo in the lineup for a showcase trade. I just don't see him in our roster for next year. Granted he hasn't had an extended view, but he appears to operate on half throttle most of the time. Would love to be on the top two lines but needs to increase his desire level first. |

Considering we would have to re-sign him and he is disgruntled about not playing much at all, suspect he is gone next season just on that alone. He won't sign back with us just to keep sitting out. |

He's had plenty of opportunity to make an impact and stick...others have done it. He just gets to a "meh" type of hockey after a few games. If Babs isn't conflicted about leivoing him out of the lineup, Josh hasn't done his job. |

Oh agreed but since he only has this year signed with us I don't expect one way or another he will be back. We either trade him, or he walks and signs elsewhere for a chance to play. |
